Austin Heun

Austin grew up in Port Washington, WI, with his 4 siblings and many pets. His interest in meteorology stemmed from a bout of severe weather on his 8^th birthday. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where he joined a small weather company called Innovative Weather. There he gained experience in providing forecasts for energy, entertainment, radio broadcasting, marine, and plowing companies.

In December 2023 Austin joined Murray and Trettel / Weather Command as an Operational Meteorologist.

In his free time Austin enjoys playing sports with his friends, watching the Packers and Bucks, and spending time with his family.
