Hasmukh (Hirsh) Shah
Hirsh joined Murray and Trettel in October 1978. He has been involved in Ambient Air Monitoring, Continuous Emissions Monitoring, Meteorological monitoring at Nuclear Power Plants, Mathematical Modeling, Tritium Release, Dose, and Deposition Analysis at Nuclear Power Plants. Hirsh earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay (1967).
He later went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University (1970).
Hirsh is a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Illinois since 1976. He was a supervisor of Northern Illinois Air Monitoring Team with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) from 1973-1978.
Hirsh was a major contributor to the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Publication “Atmospheric Deposition of Tritium at Nuclear Power Plants” (EPRI publication 1021183).
